I do. I don't think the skill level in the heavyweight division has really increased any since his time.

Even with a currently weak HW division, Schaub is at the bottom of the top 10 if he makes it at all. He has lost to almost every "name" fighter he has fought. I would say NO to a top 10 ranking. Even at his peak he is borderline.
