I have paper clippings of stats and highlights playing against anywhere from 1a schools and 5a both public and private schools in both sports in games and tournaments.

I have posted videos to my Facebook page of tournament games played the full games against 5a public schools amongst other games where I scored 28 points in one of them against copperas cove who is a 5a public school in 2002.
I have had baseball games live-streamed in tournaments all over the county on YouTube and facebook recently and was a very prominent player in all of those games. Won a league title and a tournament champion In Las Vegas in 2023 and 2024.

Don’t even tell me that I’m not training oblivious you need to learn when to type and when to keep quiet.

You call it dicking around and I call what you guys do going into your garage only powerlifting or your gym dicking around so on that note you guys can suck a freaking egg to keep it pg. then after recreationally lifting weights pretending that it makes you an expert on sports training and how I personally should live my life.

I lettered in every sport the school had from cross country to football.

My school didn’t have wrestling or boxing or I would have done that to.

My best sports were basketball, baseball and karate/tkd.

You can call the coaches numbers in the coastal league if you really want to prove that I didn’t play independent league baseball If you want it is in Houston Texas. Everybody there knows me and knows that I played 2 years in it.

I’m not lying, an article about the school closing in 2011 is one of the first things that comes up when search for it.

At no point has anyone in here told you how to live your life. If you enjoy playing masters league baseball then I encourage you to keep pursuing it. Just don’t try to convince us it’s the same as playing in the pro leagues.

Yea you would know more about a school that I went to my entire life and have lived in this city for the last 41 years and worked there for 4 years as a maintenance man at that school from an article you read. The children's school closed and the high school became legacy christian academy.


Never once did I try to convince you that playing in NABA and the MSLB was the equivalent of playing in the major league however there are absolutely former major leaguers that have played and do play in those leagues.

Was your period as a pro athlete (your own words) in highschool?

Or is it later when you returned to sports and are we talking about some weekend money to play for a specific team?

Because you did say you were a professional athlete, but we both know you are misrepresenting what you actually mean by being a pro.
If that's the bar then any athlete who represents their school is a pro or any kid or adult competing in BJJ or even Hyrox athletes with any form of sponsorship are pros.

You don't have to answer any of these questions, it doesn't bother me, but it's an easy way to prove me wrong.

Should I go back and post the thread that claim was made in and the subsequent claims about trying out for a semi pro team, once the claim was debunked?

It's all there over the years. The threads are quoted by other posters.

There is even more flip flopping than we got with the mental part of sport in this thread, before we got another double down to the percentage argument again...

Perfect. So it's safe to assume your period with those teams is this period you refer to as a pro athlete? Thank God it's not highschool.

So you were a pro athlete for a 2 year period playing in the Mens Senior Baseball League or as we keep saying Masters level equivalent.

No issues with that at all on it's own, but I think it's a reach to call yourself a pro athlete playing at that level.

It's the same level as someone doing state, nationals and then worlds in BJJ for example, including travelling to compete. It's a great achievement and worthy goal, but unless you are winning medals at brown/black belt equivalent, it doesn't really mean much. Most people who compete at the lower levels, go to work the following day and don't talk about how great an athlete they are because they competed there.

There is nothing slick about what I am doing. You are just getting mad at me, because I can pick up when you are exaggerating something to make it out like it's a higher level than it is, like counting Puerto Rico as the equivalent of travelling around the world playing sport. I don't even think you need a visa to go there from the US...

NO. It is called independent league baseball which is professional baseball not affiliated with the MLB. Mens senior league and independent league baseball are two different things.

It isn't masters level as all ages form 18+ play in the MSLB.

I got a legit out loud laugh reading this. Yes, it's called Gamechanger. Literally every single one of our travel team games are streamed all over the country.

You aren't talking to some newb here that wasn't around high quality baseball players through school. I played on my middle school team with two first round draft picks for MLB straight from high school. Several others ended up in the minors. I coach travel softball and am very familiar with how travel ball works in different orgs. You are dicking around in a pay to play travel league, plain and simple.

Yes, it's very easy to see by googling your name + baseball. You were in USSSA, Senior Leagues, and rec leagues which is exactly what we said. The only other hits with that search is you talking about it on random forums and facebook. You aren't fooling anyone on here, and it's honestly pathetic that you are still posting high school stats from 20+ years ago. But yes, you were "pro", but there isn't shit about it online.

Who in the world comes on a public forum and tells other people what they have and have not done with their life and tells them you should go coach somebody because you are “dicking” around.? What in the hell does that even mean? That means I go in the weight room and just not care about training and just loaf my sessions? Does it mean I go on the field and just watch balls go passed me in the outfield for fun?

I’m not making money by posting on sherdog. I do this for fun and supposedly education about strength training or to help somebody that wants my help about training or sports and that’s it. I don’t care what you guys think of your accomplishments or mine(I know what mine are)I’m not going to let you attempt to drag me down for absolutely no reason whatsoever nor am I going to sit here and pretend that you guys know more about this stuff than I do because you know what GameChanger is or that you coach your children’s softball team.
