The Kangaroo's tail is so crazy, they can use it to hold their entire body weight while they thrust forward with both their lower limbs and talon toe nails. You'd be fucked if a full grown male hits you with one of those kicks. Even more so if they manage to get a hold of you. They bite, scratch and grunt ferociously.

As far as how an average kangaroo would do against an average mma fighter. They look to have thick skin so they may not be damaged easily. Also when punched they don’t like it but they look tough to KO. So they may be able to inflict a lot of damage before being taken out.
