you can't put stuff on your body because peopel would use it as some kind of advantage and it can get in the way of medical staff. you don't want paint leaking into open cuts, obstrucing doctor views, etc. mix paint with vaseline and you have grease gate all over again

I don't think the UFC can stop anyone from getting permanent facial tats. So maybe do your research on a good long term sponsor and put that on your face or arm would be your best bet.
