She does have a big giant chin doe lol

The timeline shows just how incredibly awfully the Texas commision has been--and still is being--in their handling of all this.

"Let me be very clear before we dive in here: Cortney Casey is completely innocent. Cortney Casey did not take steroids. Cortney Casey did not have any advantage over her opponents. Cortney Casey didn’t even do so much as fill out a form incorrectly. This isn’t a loophole, this isn’t a case of an athlete getting off on a technicality. This is the story of an athlete who did nothing wrong having her reputation tarnished by bureaucrats who didn’t want to admit they made a mistake."

The right decision, but unfortunately doesn't really come close to undid the wrong decision they made originally.

Clusterfucks like this do so much damage to anti doping. (although the irony here seems to be Usada helping to prove her innocence may in the long term have helped them)

What a douche. Acting like he wasn't one of the people calling Casey guilty as charged from the start, then starts about Cyborg again, and either clearly can't tell the difference between Casey's situation and Cyborg's, or chooses to ignore it.

So fool.. I guess me retracting everything... isn't good enough... umm that is a retraction video.. after the truth came out. funny how a prick like you can't see that. The video in question has been removed.... keep it moving...Chuck... mr. boring

Cortney Casey's husband posted this in the comment section of C S H Combat Sports's latest video on Casey (quoted above):

The Texas commission's actions show a gross indifference to the foreseeable harm that their uneducated behavior would eventually cause to an innocent athlete. In a sport where a doping accusation can ruin a career, which you should know & appreciate; being such a big Cyborg fan (as we are as well) the regulating body in charge either knew or ought to have known that disregarding proper testing protocols & not verifying the accuracy of their tests prior to issuing official governmental statements about a fighter's doping status would eventually lead to them falsely accusing an innocent athlete of doping. The Texas commission caused harm to Cortney's reputation, integrity & as a consequence, to her potential future earnings. Most of Cortney's UFC matches have come short notice, she takes pride in being fight ready & always ready for "USADA in competition testing" The TDLR total inaction & refusal to rectify a harm that they alone are responsible for inflicting only further demonstrates their negligence. But to rectify your improper delivery of the news we ask you to take down your prior videos and issue a proper retraction or legal actions will be taken. All of CSH combat sports statements could have been avoided with proper investigation and education on a sport that you claim to respect & protect.

Legal actions.. ummm yeah.. so bloody elbow better be ready for a legal assault. I got the info from them.. and it's still up. On second thoughts I'm gonna put that vid back up. I don't do threats well. I'll let the retraction..stay... I agree Texas... did a poor job.. but I posted a retraction a year ago.. but of course... Charlie... you'll create a new narrative..
