Testing reveals more cases, but also exposes failure to contain the spread.

Sure. Off the top of my head, usa has around 14 mill tests. If you combine the next top three to four countries. Russia, uk, Italy, Spain, you are already up to over 14 million.
So your original post about more Testing than most of the world combined wasn’t accurate. But. Badge of honor.

What does black or brown countries have to do with anything? Clearly you are getting triggered for pointing out your false claim.
Looks like maybe the black and brown countries didn’t have as poor a response to the pandemic as the US did.
