Ehh that's fair I guess. I think from my perspective i'm just curious how this plays out. I'm also interested in total #cases this might lead to. I don't think it's a doomsday situation, or even close to that.

But it does have concerning implications in regards to vulnerable populations (sick and elderly), and the global economy.
 
100% the real Chinese number is 3x what they’re reporting.

Still though this is minuscule compared to the average flu. People need to relax.

People who were in China 2 weeks ago could still by asymptomatic. Which means we could already be looking at thousands of undiagnosed cases in countries outside of China. I think with this disease there may be a threshold for a point of no return. Not a big threat tq1o healthy folks. But given the death rate is about 2.2%, if/when this thing gets into the millions we can expect to see a lot of deaths. That's not to be a fear mongerer, but to simply state legit likelihood.

Its just this years big scare.

All other "mega death bugs" have turned out to be a bust, I am betting on this doing exactly the same thing.
 
My immune system has been compromised from A Flu, the stomach bug, and a cold. I really don’t need anything else.

The death rate is about 2.1%. Number of confirmed cases are doubling every 1.5-3 days. Right now there is about 16 days of data to look at. Anyways, you be the judge. Just stating what's known about it.

Just one guy talking here but I think it will be quite challenging for a disease with a 2% mortalilty rate to doom us all. Even if all people stopped reproducing immediately, and 100% of the planet caught the virus every year, it would take 35 years or so for the disease to half the planets population. And another 35 to half it again. The world would die of old age before the disease could kill us all.
