One of the keys of citizen comprehension of these types of problems is examining not just the stats (how many died today, where did it spread to) but also how those in charge are handling it, their choices, their decision making.
While that is allowed and encouraged for every other country some Mod(s) have determined doing the exact same for the US is off limits if it is critical of the Trump Admin.
The exact same critiques of how Xi and China and Trudeau and Canada and othere nations handle this is allowed.
@Madmick has gone on extensive criticism rants about XI and CHina being failures that have been cheered on by
@Arkain2K even when some of our CHinese posters have felt they were being unfair. I am calling for the same Mods to delete all of those posts and any other critique or any other countries handling.
Lets have only stats going forward if that is all that is allowed for the US. No examination of leadership and handling if its off limits for the US.
Akrain2k himself, defended the XI and China gov't handling as far to post when a Chinese poster here felt it was slanted and unfair.
And yet when it comes to the US the ONLY thing that can be posted is the stats. 1 dies. it spreads. But no critique or criticisms or examinations of those in charge or their choices is being allowed.
It is disgusting that some Mod(s) want a US ONLY critique free zone when it comes to the leadership.
Later I will write a critique of XI and China's handling in the exact same way, mirroring MadMicks many prior ones, and that post will be allowed to stay up here. And yet no such thing will be tolerated if it is about the US.
It is censorship, pure and simple and pathetic.
If I start a thread dedicated to the US GOV'T handling will it be merged in? Deleted as 'not allowed to discuss"? Where can we examine what the US gov't is doing?
Will some mod tell me how I can report this censorship abuse and have a discussion about it, as I copied my last post that was deleted and re-read and no reasonable person would say that anything in it was not relevant and fair to consider in this regard.
Censorship to protect those who simply do not ever want to see anything that could be seen as negative to Trump should not be allowed. And especially not on this topic.
