yeah, that’s not going to happen. Best case is something by next winter. Will never happen by June. Not sure where you saw 90 days.

I'm wondering how many people will be doing through hikes or extended camping on pulic land this season

Seems like a great time to hike the Appalachian trail or whichever one might be on your bucket list. Avoids hotspots and crowds without being tied down to one place. Wash laundry in creeks, get a friend or family member to send a care package every couple of weeks. If the economy is going to be in the shitter and people are going to struggle paying rent, might as well just bug out and have a great experience.
