I said the same thing a while ago. Khabib is grooming Islam to be the next LW champion and won’t return unless it’s to avenge one of his boys.

That said, I think it would only happen if Islam loses to someone in the top 5 that Khabib hasn’t beaten before. Like Oliveira or Chandler. I don’t think he’s coming back to fight the likes of Drew Dober or guys he’s already beaten like Gaethje and Porier.
