It's still illegal to open carry handguns WITHOUT a license to carry. You can only carry openly after meeting the previous requirements for applying for a concealed handgun license. I hate this misconception that just because open carry law was passed that anybody can legally do it.

I see that, but your Facebook feed is composed of people you know. Not a single post has showed up in my feed about "how this is a good thing, or they deserved it." My point was that if your feed is full of that crap, it's specifically because of the people with whom you're associating on social media.
