Then the few that do cross the blue line and rat on their scum bag coworkers end up having their careers ruined.

If we can't pass common sense legislation like taking wrongful death suits out of pension funds, patroling complaint numbers with disinterested oversight committees, and assigning large penalties for police perjury, vigilante justice will exist in its place.
