If you replaced the "is killed and" part with "is someone who", your post simply would be highly bigoted and based on nothing more than presumptions made from stereotyping. Not exactly the best look but it wouldn't be anything too surprising by today's standards.

Yeah, that's not gonna work. I am practically translucent.

We do have a black officer that has some bumps like kordell stewart, and he is afforded some leeway in that regard. Every once in a while, I will go unshaven, but because I am a supervisor, I try to set a good example in case I do have to discipline someone someday for that very thing. Plus, my facial hair grows at the rate of genisis.

Cop broke the guy's fucking jaw, and the suspect ended up not even being charged with anything.

The path to bring charges against the officer has been complicated. Webster was placed on paid administrative leave in November 2013, pending a (<seriously CNN? That's the best you can do?) internal investigation and review of the case.

Its easy to get an indictment unless you have a DA who acts like a defense attorney for the cop in question. Which is probably what happened here.

There are videos on youtube that show basically the entire thing. The guy was a suspect and he was complying. He put his hat on and started getting down and then damn the kick. He didn't really fit the description too, because they were looking for someone in a yellow shirt.
