    Fogie good call on moving this. That is absolutely insane 310 k without a cage or a spotter... though I guess that's not all that uncommon in the powerlifting world.

    I like how the bar seems like it's made of rubber when he squats. How insane was him talking while supporting 310kilos on his back? What a freak.

    Yeah and notice that he didn't do sets of 5x52. He did a single for the last set and a triple for the one before it.

    I love it.

    Seeing that kind of a work out makes me feel good about how I train.

    watching him unrack 310 then explain how he's structuring his workout while the bar bends like its a noodle across his back sort of makes sense of his performances in WSM, the guy's a freak.
