• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.

That was a pretty good looking open house. I think that the introduction of Capoeira would be good for conditioning and balance, but that's about it. The bjj and judo throws were awesome.
 
What a sweet place. I wish there were dojos like that in Pittsburgh...
 
Nice gym, I like the integration of striking into their jits.
 
For jiu-jitsu guys, they have some solid takedowns.
 
yea the takedowns were awsome and when they added the striking i was like shit, i would love to go their
 
Yeah that was really cool...the jujutsu was pretty damn neat and some of those throws were wild...
