He talked all kinds of shit about fighters who didn't embrace the promotional side of the job. Now he's tapping out like a punk..

The irony here is that his uncontrollable greed is what got him into this.

He wanted the ivory suits, lambos, playboy lifestyle so badly, he, together with Dana, concocted this new standard for running a hype train: 3 city world tours, countless tv show appearances and interviews, etc, etc.... Now he's playing the victim and asking for special treatment.

Apparently, his full camp in preparation for RDA wasn't enough to deal with a 10-day-camp Nate... LOL

Conor's groupies were fine when Aldo got chewed up in the media gauntlet. Not that their obsession is falling victim to hiw own meat grinder, they suddenly are more understanding. Hypocritical pieces of shit.

Conor did like 10 press conferences for the first time he was fighting for the belt. The other fighter pull out, Mendes is on. Conor still has to do more media obligations, and it's not little, it's a lot when you're this big. So, for one fight, big part of his time went to that.

Then, he has to do the same for his next fight. Lots of time doing something that will not improve him as a fighter.

Then, the first time happens again. Conor did it for the RDA, he pulled out, do it again but for Nate.

There is no way you can compare him to anyone in this part. Not even Ronda who also said that she don't like doing it.

Big part of Conor time went to this. This can ruin your preparation and cut. Conor used to look fine in weigh ins, but since he has been doing this he has looked terrible.

He is right.

There is cartloads of bullshit being posted on this forum about Conor being a victim to the UFC's promotional machine. "Conor standing up to the UFC"

I'm making an important counter-point: Conor built this golden cage himself. Crying about it now isn't heroic. It's incredibly pathetic.

The man just knows that he wouldn't have enough promo material to last 3 press conferences and lots of interviews. Especially when a lot of the questions would be about how he feels after losing, why he tapped etc...

A lot tougher than saying how great you are and how you're going to beat someone easy and watch their head bounce off the floor.

He usually does only one press conference in his fights. No reason for him not doing that. No reason for Conor doing that every time too.
