That’s because it’s a slab cast and that’s actually a tensor bandage wrapped around it. He had a surgical OR I F. A traditional plaster cast is not used after that surgery just a slab that you can take off if you need to have a bath or something. The tensor bandage is dirty yes but you can replace that daily.
