Lets assume that Conor has an elite level gas tank (which i dont think that he does) at 145 and can go 5 rounds no problem.

Do you see anyone at 145 beating him in this case?

I think that Frankie is his biggest challenger at 145 mainly due to his never ending cardio.

If Conor matches him cardio wise, i dont think there is much chance that Frankie survives past 3 rounds.

What if he also had a rocket pack, could he fly to the moon?

Mmmm, RE: his cardio at 145. The last fight could be a lesson for him if he was to take on Edgar. The longest he went with was Holloway and his cardio didn't seem an issue. He had Mendes on top for a large part of the 2nd round in their fight and went after him as soon as he got up. Just the weight cut alone you'd think would have an effect on it, but now Edgar or Aldo might focus a part of their game plan around it and try get more rounds out of him.

Although Aldo fades in a lot of his fights and I think Edgar is just as susceptible as anyone at 145 from being cracked with one shot.

I don't think it matters.
If Frankie beats Conor it will either be from being a better wrestler or being faster.

You can have a better gas tank and just over exert yourself trying to keep up with someone who's better than you. Conor will gas if Frankie can take him down at will, even if Conor has twice the gas tank Frankie has. If Frankie can't get him down he probably loses.

Me, with an elite level MMA striking and grappling at 185/205. Imagine that shit

You have to understand that his gas tank wasn't the main problem. There were a number of problems:

1 - he drank his own cool-aid, thinking he could finish anyone in under 1rd
2 - he doesn't have any experience getting pushed for even 2 rounds, and therefore: has no ability to grind (breaking opponent slowly, economically / mentally dealing with fatigue and punishment), no backup strategies besides the desperation TD
3 - he is only really good at range; BJJ, wrestling, clinch game are not competitive with elite

Now that his tiny gas tank has been exposed I wouldn't be surprised to see Edgar use his speed to stay away for a round or two until he tires out. Then he's a sitting duck.

Connor has to move up to 155' he cuts to much weight, he will do fine

I think we can actually assume he does NOT have an elite gas tank. If his cardio were elite at 145, it would have been at least decent at 155, but it actually sucked.

Gas doesn't matter. He could have all the cardio in the world but when he gets outgunned, outplayed what is the next excuse?

Diaz with no legs?

well he didn't do much when he was on top of Holloway and he didn't do anything when Mendes was on top of him except as the ref to stand him up while he was getting elbowed in the face

I'm not gonna imagine or assume a damn thing cardio is a part of your game which can be trained and conditioned. Truth is Conor is a 1 minute man or I should say a 1rd man he's grown so dependent on his one good punch and his mental warfare and his yoga mma training that he's not put time into the grinding aspect of mma when you're not in a uncomfortable position; you don't always get to do pretty posing & posturing in the cage sometimes you need to grind & grunt something Conor is obviously not use to.

Wasn't he visibly tired against Mendes?

What the hell is wrong with his cardio?

His problem was pacing. Nobody can push themselves at their sprinting pace for a marathon.

Mendes with a full camp would likely beat him.

He wasn't getting 'outgunned' or 'outplayed' in the first round.
