Conor will never win again

He isn’t really a what could have been because we seen his peak at FW. An all time great, top 3 FW. At LW? Seen many better fighters. A decent power left with accuracy, limited grappling and poor cardio with small heart.
he didn't lose any of those fights because of heart though.....

Conor is not going to beat Khabib, Chandler, Oliveira, Dustin or Justin. He can beat many other lightweights outside the top 5 not named Islam, though. At this point he should fight Tony or have a rubber match against Nate. Fighting Dustin right after getting ktfo is a horrendous move.

False.

Conor is a good fighter who lost to another good fighter. We’re not talking old man BJ here, he still beats the crap out of most of the division. He will be back
most of the division... who?
Dariush, who will walk through, take him down and sub him, or Ferreira who will certainly take him down and sub him?
Or you think he has a chance against Chandler, who is the smallest Top guy, or do you think he has a chance against Ferguson... who will certainly walk him down...

LIGHTWEIGHT
KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV
CHAMPION

1 Dustin Poirier
2 Justin Gaethje
3 Charles Oliveira
4 Michael Chandler
5 Tony Ferguson
6 Conor McGregor
7 Rafael Dos Anjos
8 Dan Hooker
9 Paul Felder
10 Diego Ferreira

so all of the others here beat him badly......ok.....
Yes. They do.

Don't pretend otherwise.

Imagine what that would do to his unstable pride.

so you think there's no chance conor finishes those guys standing? and you think conor is just easy to finish on the ground if it goes there?

Any changes in desire and 'improvements' he makes now will be countered by father time. It's too little too late, he blew it.

Sporting greats such as Floyd, Lebron, Brady & Ronaldo all have more money and success than Conor but still train harder than their competitors.

To be a true great it must hurt to lose but Conor takes it in his stride. History will record him as just another "coulda been"

Handing in my Conor nuthugging card, he's finished.
Worst fanbase ever, not even loyal

I believe that they are not going to stand and trade with his. I strongly believe that Dariush and Ferreira will walk through the first punches and take him down.
Conor showed good TDD against Khabib in round 1, however the relentlessness of the undefeated champion was the key to take him down.
Ferreira is also this relentless and he will not stop until Conor is down. Will Ferreiras TD attemp stop first, or conor's TDD... its an easy pick.
Dariush may not be so relentless, but has better TDs and is stronger. He can take hard punches and still do his thing. Yes i believe Dariush can take him down also.
Im not saying that Conors BJJ is crap... in the opposite he is good... on the first, maybe half of the second round... I sure that he can be get finished from those guys on the ground in the third.
So i dont see winning those guys, however he still have a small puncher chance in the first... weak.

he has the power and ability to go 40/60 or 50/50 at lw against the best guys for another 3-5 good years if he stayed active. but thats it. That's what he becomes if he stays at lw and decides to continue fighting. 145lbs is where he can be something more again. not every cut to that weight was that bad. conor is a bloated slow stuck in the mud version of himself at 155. his frame isn't like dustins who leveled up by moving up. hes a little big for 145 but he can make the weight and be less muscular. at that weight i could see him going on another big run. maybe grab the title and call out the 155lb belt again and retire. thats the path to victory in my eyes for him. stay away from 155 hes not as big as his ego leads him to believe.

Lol. Chandler would probably be a tough fight. The rest? Conor by KO.
