McGregor is trying to do things on his own terms. Whether he is right or wrong is debatable, but in the end the UFC is the employer and Conor is the employee. With Conor putting the squeeze on them like this I think the UFC is trying to set a precedent with how they're handling this situation.

I don't know that the UFC is chasing him.. from what he said on the MMA hour it really seems like they're all good except for that reebok deal. GSP wants to be compensated for what he's losing from sponsorships. UFC doesn't seem to be giving him any special treatment either because he hasn't signed yet... So I'd say the UFC is doing what they do with both guys.
