I think Khabib and Tony's best bet is to completely ignore the guy. Giving him the attention he wants and calling him out clearly does nothing to benefit them.

Ignore him. Stop calling him out. Stop mentioning his name. Refuse to answer any questions about him as if he's a nobody. Act as if at this moment he doesn't exist, which in reality he doesn't exist as an active fighter.

I'll guarantee that gets his attention at some point.

Besides, we wont be surprise if he return to face Khabib first which seems to be a more possible match up at this moment.
