I’ll go with Option B being Conor is a celebrity, he pleads to lesser charges, gets probabtion, and pays heavy in a civil lawsuit.

No chance he'll actually face the felony change. He'll plea down to a couple of class C or D misdemeanors and get a suspended sentence with some probation.
 
he's not gonna go to Jail, but if he did, it kind of be hilarious in a way. All though sad for the sport.
