Conor HOF Material already?

Hall of Frauds, yes.

A one dimensional fighter who was stockton slapped to death and exposed yet again after beating up a bunch of smaller men in a weight class he didn't belong in due to excessive weight cut to gain height advantage and then finally being faced with a taller guy and losing doesn't deserve to be in anything else.

Conor in the HOF? LOL! no....not yet at least.
 
I'd be more inclined to agree to this than having Brock Lesnar inducted.
 
Nope.... There are fighters with better records that just haven't been given the opportunities that Conor has. I don't believe that the Hall Of Fame ought to be a popularity contest. Just because something is popular, doesn't necessarily mean it's great. I'll list a few examples:
Justin Beiber
Full House
Pontiac Sunfires
Facebook
France
 
If people like Bonnar and Mask are in the HOF anyone can be. That includes CM Punk, Arianny Celeste, and the Just Bleed guy.

Hall of Famers in the UFC are people who were popular and made things sell.

Records and defenses aren't really even in the equation. Tito Ortiz, Couture, these people had miserable records but they put asses in the seats.

That's what UFC Gall of Fame is about. And that's what Conor does. He is a surefire inductee into the HOF.

People with legendary records and achievements like Jose Aldo, Frankie Edgar, Anderson Silva, these guys aren't getting anywhere near the Hall of Fame. Why? Because they aren't popular. They don't out asses in the seats and they don't get people to but PPVs. That's all this is about. Heck even GSP didn't make the cut. And GSP has a legendary record and a godly string of title defenses.
 
He will be in the UFC Hall of Fame. The guy gets an undeserved automatic rematch when others like Jose and Holly don't. He gets to hold BW hostage while he fights non title fights in other weight classes. Dana White will put him in because they are besties and he makes the bald one lots of money.

As far an actual MMA hall of fame? Most likely not. There is a very real possibility he either never defends his title or runs into Edgar and finds himself one and done.

Conor isn't a scrub, but he hasn't transcended the sport like the Conorites think. He's just been well marketed by the UFC and is a fantastic self promoter. He also can fight, and has looked impressive. I just don't see him as some kind of special talent ala Jones, GSP, Anderson or Fedor. He's young, but he isn't champion material at 155, and 170 is so far out of his league it's a joke. Right now he is in Matt Serra territory. I like Serra, but he is no HoFer.
 
The UFC Hall of Fame is a joke. 3/4 of the guys in do not deserve to be there. This should be a place to celebrate guys who are one of a kind talent. We should not let in guys who haven't defended their belt solely because they could sell themselves.

Bonnar is on HOF because of his fight against Forrest which really put UFC on the map and spunned a new massive way of fans like yourself called tuf nubs. thats the only reason.

Well to be fair... Just Bleed Guy should make it to the HOF.
The joy that gif have given us over the years.
 
No way he doesn't end up in the HOF...even if he loses twelve in a row... They'll put him in the pioneer category or some shit.
