I think alot of it is Ali.
People really have to see the podcast with Uncle Creepy and Mike Russell. Conor did more damage to Ali than any beating in the cage could do to Conor. Conor made it known that Ali had a child he abandoned in Noah, and the details of the story are much, much worse than that. Ali told Noah's Mom/his wife he was dying in the United States, leaving her (his wife) and 3 year old Noah to fend for themselves in Egypt. Noah grew up thinking his Dad was dead, only to find out he was alive a decade later when Mike Russell called and told him his dad was a millionaire in the US. Not only did Ali get busted for the hidden child support, but it then became known to everyone in the community what a true scumbag he was. To try and do damage control, Ali took some random kid around the some WSOF/PFL events and led his fighters/co-workers to believe it was Noah, only to get exposed again by Russell.
Conor was the one that informed the world what a scuzz Ali is, and now, the beef is personal. No question Ali was the one tweeting it up from Usman's Account and tried to mess with Conor on his comeback night, was writing vile things about Dee with Conor knowing Ali would be out in the audience with her while Conor was in the cage. Ali just goes low to degrees no one else in this game could imagine, but then again, he literally sold out his Islamic Brotherhood to the FBI/NYPD and was apparently selling them all out to another organization that he failed his lie detector tests for.
