Conor didnt duck anyone

I honestly think Conor being a fan of the Diaz brothers had a lot to do with him wanting Nate. I mean he lost the chance to fight for the title on 10 days notice, may as well use the opportunity to give the guy he respects a life changing pay day and he gets to fulfill something he probably dreamed about when he was younger. Also the fans wanted it, look at the fox twitter when they were tweeting potential fights, it was all Diaz.

the problem is khabib asked for it and was turned down by the UFC... I bet they didnt even say his name to Conor, Conor wont duck anyone but the UFC will choose carefully who his options are... And khabib who is mid camp and ready for this would be way to risky of a fight for their cash cow... But no I dont think Conor himself ducked anyone
