Hello. I have a question about all the strenght and conditioning thing.
I want to point that I do k1 and jiujitsu, because Im looking to compete in mma.
That said, my question is:
For a fight athlete, as said by ross emanait in his infinity intensity ebook (i recently purchased), strenght and conditioning routine is not a replacement for actual specific martial art training.
If thats true, why dont spend all the time doing that martial art and drop the extracurricular work?
