Hello. I have a question about all the strenght and conditioning thing.

I want to point that I do k1 and jiujitsu, because Im looking to compete in mma.

That said, my question is:

For a fight athlete, as said by ross emanait in his infinity intensity ebook (i recently purchased), strenght and conditioning routine is not a replacement for actual specific martial art training.

If thats true, why dont spend all the time doing that martial art and drop the extracurricular work?

When the skills are equal, the stronger and or larger athlete will win 9/10 times.

Athletes of all domains need strength and other aspects of fitness to help facilitate their skill acquisition and execution during game time.
