Okay keep dreaming, if Hendricks ends up beating Robbie the only way he beats Rory is by a KO in the first 2 minutes of the fight or a takedown fest decision and even then I doubt if he'll be able to keep Rory on his back for too long

After the first 2 minutes of the fight Rory will pick Hendricks apart when the fight is on the feet, he is far too technical for Hendricks brawling style

And this is the same shit almost word for word that people said prior to the Lawler fight...
 
Rory has a good chance in beating Hendricks, but I don't see how Rory can stand and bang with Robbie on the feet. Ruthless was winning on points(believe it or not), and when Mac felt Lawler's power, he just wanted to take him down and lay & pray.

Even Firas recently said that Rory should've never traded shots with a guy like Robbie and that they had the better game plan. Rory's only chance in beating Lawler is by taking him down, which I think would be much harder to do...

When Ruthless Robbie Lawler get's that belt, I think he's going to tear shit up to a whole notha level...

Robbie beats Rory 8/10 in my book...
 
I think he would have a better shot against Lawler, but Hendricks is gonna win, so it'll be an interesting fight. I'm looking forward to it.

Who said that before the Robbie fight? Robbie has consistently shown that he can brutally stop an opponent at any point in the fight and the difference maker in the Robbie/Rory fight was that Robbie rocked and almost finished Rory later in the fight...Hendricks has shown no knockout ability after the first round (no the Spanaird fight doesn't count...), they are two completely different fighters with completely different styles, just an all around poor argument on your part
 
I don't see him beating Robbie, but I could see him edging out Hendricks for a decision.
 
What should be happening is that Rory should be fighting Hector Lombard on the same card as Hendricks and Lawler (Because MacDonald wasn't injured in the Saffediene fight) and the winner should get the title shot! Why the hell is Lombard fighting a near on unknown with no real top 10 on his resume?? The UFC is becoming a freaking joke with its matchups.
 
Fine with me.. nobody else has really stepped up to claim the spot. Poor Lombard can't even get a decent fight.

Hopefully Carlos steps up and fights Hector next.
 
Rory is gonna take over the division, I believe in him!

He's showed what he's capable of.
 
Doesn't matter. Hendricks will beat Lawler again, and Rory will go night night on his home turf
 
Fine by me.
Keeps the division active. Lombard, Woodley, Condit, Diaz can all stake their claims for te next shot in the meantime.
