Compound Excersises Only (Full Body)

Are you standing on the platform or is the weight on a platform? The range of motion is already huge with the snatch grip DL, I would need some kind of superhuman hamstring flexibility and extra long arms to do that while I was standing 4" off the ground.

I'm on the platform, not the weights. I start it in the full squat position.

a squat bench pullups
b DL press row
c Fsquat Bench cleans

bench on C is more Dynamic than maximal (this whole day is more explosiveness orientated exercises set/reps scheme)

edit: you can swap the third exercise around especially on day a and b. so Barbell row after bench and pullups after press as they are more direct antagonistic movements to the Bench press and the press respectively
 
When I started lifting I absorbed some but not enough info. This was my routine.

Squats 3x10
Bench 3x10
Deadlifts 3x10
b-rows 3x10
military press 3x10
Dips 3x failure
Decline weighted situps 1x30

I continually added weight

Yes, I shot up in weight, my physique changed, I was accused of steroids. But a few weeks in, palpitations, serious chest pains, headaches. I overtrained badly. Took along time and I still haven;t fully recovered. I had my first gym session today after almost a whole year. I got allot of catching up to do lol :)

But in all seriousness, listen to your body, get good sleep and eat like crazy. Treat recovery as important as training and be careful not too overdo it.
