Compilation of Alex Pereira's grappling in the UFC, is it as bad as people say and can big abe lincoln exploit it?

So orange names likely got yellow carded at some point? That would make sense. I tried looking through all the usernames and belt colors and post counts and join dates but could not make a correlation haha

Probably infractions, I've had a looooooot. Bigwaverider once told me how impressively long the list was and that I had an astrict with a special not that said "obsessed with buttholes" which I proudly found hilarious

When he had to wrestle to win against nikita krylov, he did take him down and krylov is one of the best grapplers and wrestlers in the division. Krylov is a fighter that has lost every single time he's had an actual step up in competition, the mythical Krylov grappling ace of LHW is an utter meme.

He's been outworked on the ground and submitted a half dozen times.
He was tapped by Paul Craig in under a single round immediately after facing Ank.

What you say would make sense if Ank was a fighter with high fight IQ which he certainly isn't. He let his leg get chewed to a pulp before remember to press R2 to shoot on Jan and cried about not getting the belt in a draw.

He wastes a year fighting Johnny Walker to "prove he can beat him" after getting gifted a NC when he should have been DQ'd, proving his management is almost as stupid as he is. Guy just isn't very smart and I expect him to not so smartly stand with Poatan too long and get absolutely fucking obliterated.

depends on just how dumb he is, if he can't learn from his mistake in the Jan fight and shoot a takedown on alex before his legs get damaged then he is the dumbest fighter in UFC history. But he trains with a good gym and coaches(Eagles MMA) and is also training with olympic freestyle medalists which isn't something you would do if you plan to strike with alex since alex isn't gonna be shooting takedowns on ank. If he goes out there, doesn't shoot a single takedown, and gets knocked out then I'll look like a dumbass but I guess we'll have to see
 
Alex does seem like his grappling is improving every fight. But the thing about ank is his tds might not always land but he has high level top control when they do. Praying for my boy Alex to stop the tds and make him pay or else we’re in for a long boring stretch at lhw

Oh I have no doubt he will shoot, but he will get stuffed, shaken off, Joe Rogan is going to go "Ohhhhh he stuffed him. That's not good for Ankalaev" followed by a pimpslapping in a round or so afterwards.

The biggest threat Ank has for Poatan IMO Ank is a very decent counter puncher with good timing and great power, even if it looks basic and semi ugly. If he wins, it'll come from his boxing.

Actual Big Abe Lincoln was a 6'4 catch wrestler. He would beat Pereira and Ankalaev on the same night.
 
Tbf his BJJ is good. Not bb level even though he's a bb. (He got his bb after knocking out Hill) But it's serviceable.

What he sucks at is wrestling.
