I still think the problem this guy had, is based upon a computing error. If he was never charged then the order never went through. I bet if he had simply redone the order he would have had his stuff by now

\yes detective OBVIOUS you must be on to something. Since i clearly stated that i receieved a confirmation e-mail, order #, and when i go to the site and log on you can STILL view my order maybe it was just computing error. Guess he has just never ordered anything off the intnernet or anything. You know he lives in Japan so at least 90% of his belongings are not ordered on the internet.
Nice try douche but maybe go back to helping your younger brother and sister!

i have ordered from them a couple times the had great service. one time though it was like you said there was no traking number but one day it just showed up

OK so i just got an e-mail from customer service and im forced to eat my words well 1/2 anyways. They did process my order and i think they just sent it off. Although it's about a week and half later it's still nice to at least get customer service.
They acknowledged they were about a week behind schedule but my package will be on it's way.
So...........maybe i'll do business with them again.

They have always been great when I dealt with them. I had one problem with them but they were very helpful and the problem was with customs not the shipping or anything but they were glad to help and i even got a few free extras to make up for it.

OK as a man of my word...i WAS WRONG...I just got my package a couple of days ago and despite the backorder (a week) everything was great and they chipped a dvd as well.

So I will most likely order from them again..in case anyone was curious, haha
