:mad: OK i ordered a couple of items over a week ago from this site. The site seems professional enough right?! Well my card hasn't been charged and everytime i click on the order it says no tracking information avaialbe so obviously it hasnt been shipped. This all despite my 5 INQUIRIES to various people and e-mail addresses i have to this company asking for the status of my order withOUT a response at all.

i love combat sports by far my best vendor to deal with , and if i ever have a problem ( but dont ever) i give them a jingle

I feel your pain, I have had two issues with this company in the past that were drawn out over a month each. Will never do business with them again, too many other competitors with better service out there.

I'm thinking you're one of the select few without problems from them. Good on you and you BEST start knocking on wood EVERYwhere if you plan to keep ordering from them.

Have you called them? I've never had a problem with ordering from them.

Nope can't call...im in the military and actually dont have acess to the phone right now. Seems like ONE of the e-mails i've sent to customer service addresses would draw a response though.

I shouldnt have to call them or have to get in touch with customer service for every order should i? BTW i've had great service from people like mmawharehouse.com and actually changed my order because of a mistake i made MYSELF and they were a great help through e-mails.

They suck PLAIN and SIMPLE!! this is of course MY 2 CENTS! You better believe word spreads quickly through the military though about poor customer service and where NOT to order from.
 
I've never had a problem with them. Not sure if they have a rep here on sherdog.
 
Have you tried their "live help?" Most of the issues I've had with them have been resolved using this.
 
one thing i have noticed is sometimes i get my conf emails or shipping emails in my bulk section of my email, do you have that enabled?
 
So you Credit Card hasnt been charged ? Maybe the order didnt go through ?
 
I've never had any problems with CSI. You should call them instead of e-mail...
 
OK for all you people that dont like to read ALL the information. I'm in the military and phone calls are not as easy as the internet or getting mail.
My card has NOT been charged.
I DID receive a confirmation e-mail with a customer service e-mail address (that i DID email)
On the website i go into my account and my order is there, but NO tracking information.

Is that all of them...sorry for the attitude but it was something i really was looking forward to receiving ON time. They wont even respond to any of my e-mails. I guess when i return to Jpaan i'll call them and just make sure i get my order cancelled properly and wont order anything through them again.
 
Wouldn't you be better off just buying the gear in Japan since you are already there?
 
Ordered from them and everything came perfect. They were out of stock on an item that I ordered and they actually called me to see if I wanted something else. I say good service.
 
I have not ordered from them yet, but have had several emailing conversations with them while trying to determine if certain products were right for me. Always prompt responses and good help, even if they told me what they had would not suit my needs.
 
Do a search on this forum and you will find a ton of posts and their rep even tries to do damage control but gets caught bsing... their customer service is a farce, I always try to order what I need from somewhere else. I liked the Sinister stuff they started carrying, so I went directly to the Sinister website and gave them the business instead. Same thing when I wanted some sprawls I saw in the csi catalogue.

Theyve burned so many people and theyre arrogant as heck and just dont care. Stay away.

All the good stuff they sell is available from other more responsive and more reliable vendors, and their house brands are decent but nothing extraordinairy.

Ahhh i knew i forgot sometihng. Well i just looked at the site again and must have overlooked that tab. I'll try that, thanx ;) although right now it says unavailable. Calling and getting customer service is a bit more of a pain too considering the time difference. Thanx for the help everyone...:icon_chee
