I'm on quarters, and I'm a freshman. last quarter was:
Critical thinking and writing I: The Avant-Garde and Science (class I was automatically put in as an incoming freshman)
Psych 1
US Gov
Math 6 (stats)

this quarter is:
Math 11 (calc)
CT&W II (same class, 2 quarters long)
Cultures and Ideas I: Wars, Individuals, and States (another mandatory incoming freshman class)
African American Lit

I'm basically just trying to figure out what the hell I wanna major in while getting core classes out of the way. whatever it ends up being, it won't be anything "useful" like engineering, accounting, or finance, job prospects be damned.

Public Administration
Introduction to Psychology of Learning
Social Context of Aging
Sociology of Human Sexuality

my final undergrad semester. getting a BA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology (the public administration course i signed up for thinking i might go for an MPA [public administration master's degree], or MPP [public policy] ... might wind up replacing it with something like Logic)

bit surprised at the number of math/science courses listed by folks here so far
