- Is fully open to coach against Masvidal on TUF says it would be an amazing season and he has a lot of dirt on Jorges private life.
- Says if Jorge fights Stephen Thompson instead of him then Fans will know that Jorge ducked the Fight.
- Colby ideally wants to fight 3-4 times next year and beat Jorge early 2021 and in Summer challenge for belt. He says hes already ready to go, that he took no damage in Woodley fight. He expects 2021 to be a big year for him

that not breaking news jorge wouldnt want to fight a pressure and wrestling type fighter when he hoping for conor or nate iva instead.

jorge got all quiet after dana said colby vs jorge was the fight to make. jorge wants no part with leon edwards as well.

They are independent contractors. They get to have a lot more say in what they have to them your typical employee

I work in construction as a general contractor/builder and project manager...if i hire an electrician and when he shows up and says...ya i do electrical work but i dont pull my own wires someone has to run them.for me as its not my favorite thing to do or a good match up of my skills vs labour ability...guess what happens...a new electrician comes into work the next day

Contractor or employee the job is the same...fighters fight

Yeah Mas is a showman who dedicated his time in training to becoming an exciting striker. Why would he want to fight two wet blankets in a row? Colby should just fight Usman again and let those to blankets smother eachother.
 
I don't like Covington, but I think he's right, Masvidal does not want to fight him. The way he was dominated by Usman certainly showed he couldn't compete against an elite wrestler. Covington would do the same thing to him probably, and that would be a death blow to the hype train Jorge has been riding since his BMF belt. Seems like a logical fight to have though.
 
Give Colby the Khamzat after he dispatches Leon.
The pace of Colby against an new guy to the sport, his verbal onslaught to get into Chimaev’s head, his incredible wrestling, will all give Khamzat some crazy trouble he never saw before.

I've been a long time fan of Mas but it's not surprise that he would get rag dolled by Colby.

Masvidal's best option is the Edwards fight if he wants to be considered a legit top 5. He doesn't get through Usman, Wonderboy or Colby though.

Usman is clearly a better wrestler and striker than Colby
 
Look with someone like Colby you dont know when he's for real and when he's full of shit but in this case I believe it cause it the truth. Thats a terrible stylistic fight for Masvidal esp coming after losing to Usman in a lackluster fight. You go out and lose even worse or the same way to Colby your stock as this big star who can command big money takes a major hit.

Its the fight to make for the div and add in their friendship/beef now its a legit fight but probably wont happen. And I know people hate TUF and dont want to see it again but if they are doing it these guys would be the perfect choice for coaches to bring it back.
 
I can't stand Colby but what he's saying makes sense. Honestly, I think Masvidal vs. Colby likely looks a lot like Masvidal vs. Usman.
 
Mazvidal will get back to fighting once he gets done simping for Trump. That’s probably what irks Colby the most, his hero took a liking to Maz more than the guy who tailored his gimmick to suck up to him.

Is Colby just going to continue this gimmick after Biden is in office? I just don’t know if he can pull that off
 
Outside of a flash/Askren like KO Masdival knows he can't win.

He knows what happened on Thanksgiving. And for those that don't, Colby wrestleraped Masdival for an hour straight on Thanksgiving morning at their apartment a few years back. Colby TD, grind on him for a little, let him back up, and repeat for an hour.
