Whether you like him or not, it's difficult to deny he's a talented fighter and probably one of the most prepared on the day he enters the cage. And its not that easy to get a doc to lie for you regarding injuries. If Colby goes for brain damage he will provide medical data to support that. It's a legal case where he was attacked without cause. Keeping quiet is the smartest action untill things are settled.

Now, he's thrown all that to the side because of this case. Because it's personal? No, I don't think so. It's always been about money for him, lighting up someone he's beefing with has been icing on the cake. I think it's because he thinks he's going to get a huge payday from this.

That's kind of dumb, because 1) he's basically giving up on his UFC career, and 2) I don't even think he has a shot to make that much money.
