It takes no imagination to see how he can still provoke controversy. He just keeps going, keeps promoting the same stuff. Why would it matter if the Presidency changes? Not yet. The process isn't complete until the legislatures cast their vote in mid December. Trump's legal team have presented thier case in 2 states so far, Arizona and Pennsylvania. I have yet to watch the Arizona hearing, but it the Pennsylvania legislature has signal that they will be casting votes for Trump after seeing the evidence and hearing from the witnesses.

Hopefully others will follow after being presented with the same case. If Trump gets Pennsylvania that is another 20 electoral votes to his tally, bringing him to 252.
