Well I'd say it's more like 40%, but I agree the kneejerk reaction to back very liberal candidates will have adverse effects, we need moderates that can actually compromise in a bipartisan manner.
The comments he made during the campaign and the meeting the took with the Russia lawyer in Trump tower and Trumps own changed stance on this now where he admits it, after lying prior, but says 'anyone would take those meetings... seek that info'

This is exactly how an investigation works. Criminals cover their tracks. Do you expect Mueller to find videotaped confessions?
That would probably be zero considering he's a germaphobe. The Steele dossier was initial search for information that needed to be verified before the most unreliable and tawdry tidbits were released. It doesn't mean there was no truth in it but without further verification it's not something you would present to make a case for indictment. I'm sure Mueller used it for paths into the investigation though. We don't know for sure what happened but each week there seems to be more and more incriminating circumstances being reported on.

He has more radical beliefs but it wouldn't be as bad as with Trump who's been lying and cheating his entire adult life. Maybe he's a plant, since unless I'm mistaken Manafort chose him, in which case "Lock him up!" too.
