I have thought about it and unless you want to return to witch burning based on a feeling then we will have to go with what has brought the world to where it is technologically and scientifically-- evidence and facts.

I am certain there are conspiracies. I am also certain that you must have proof when you claim them. I am doubly certain you cant use conspiracy that has no direct evidence to refute things that do.
 
You have to understand that Elijah Cummings is the representative of the people who rioted and looted in Baltimore. Drug dealers, gang members and their families all vote for him. That's his constituency. Once you know that, his behavior and his statements make a lot more sense.

I don't think the court arguments will be that simple. I would imagine a prosecutor would make it a point that Trump would not have made the payments had it not been for the campaign.

"The affair took place 10 years before the payments during the campaign. If it was for personal privacy why weren't they made during those 10 years?" will be an easy argument to make.

Because he didn't think he'd get caught. That's why.
Cohen got nabbed for a lot of shady deals in his business, so he copped a plea to smaller things and went rat on Trump. It's not a particularly novel situation.

I thought that was Omarosa that mentioned the video of it, but I think she said someone from NBC had it as it was during the Apprentice tapings.

Based on what was said there's 1 good (check) and 1 decent (hand written note by tRUmp) item he handed over . Since OSC is completely off the table I wouldn't expect Cohen to hand anything over related to that if he has anything
