I was thinking about this the other day; I've been around long enough to remember a time when it seemed bigotry and racism were becoming relics of the past. I'm talking about mainstream, not outliers. And then seemingly out of nowhere we changed course; In reality it was decades of programming and propaganda, starting with repealing the fairness doctrine in 87, finally yielding indisputable results and driving a deep wedge right down the middle of the country.

My vote for what i considered 1 out of 2 bad options doesn’t mean I support everything the administration goes on to do. I loathe things about the man. But lol at trying to suggest everyone who voted for trump or against Harris is a shitty person. Must feel good to walk around knowing you hate half the people around you. Maybe more depending on where you live and work.

And I don’t know if it’s a big deal because I don’t know if he has ties to ms-13. We do know his wife filed for a protective order against him, the president of El Salvador considers him a terrorist and the AG says he’s not welcome to stay here.

what we actually know is that he was in the US legally. we know he has no criminal record. and we know the justice department lawyer said in court that he should not have been deported, but that lawyer was then fired for it. we also know the supreme court agrees that he should not have been deported.

I’m not a registered republican. I didn’t vote in their primary. There were 2 choices for president. YOUR party ran not just 1, but 2 unelectable candidates, with a walking meme as VP. 77 million of your fellow American’s chose to vote AGAINST your candidate and your party. If you want to just pretend it’s because 77 million of your neighbors are amoral bad people, feel free. It would be on brand for you of course. But I’m comfortable in my skin and my choices. And I have confidence in our institutions. The left takes no responsibility for their failure.
