lets assume electrical charge has some effect on rainfall, im sure a guy knocking up something in his garage barely produces enough charge to run a tv, let alone affect millions of cublc feet of atmosphere..

This MIT video of a professor making a battery from running water is fascinating. The simple devise was able to separate negative and positive charge from water, which then produced a spark.

From what I've read rain has a negative charge.

I worked at Dulles airport and the temperature there is far higher than the surrounding land.

Something to do with runways, taxiways, and satellite parking lots replacing forest.

If you like or hate James O'Keefe, that matters not; what matters is that he got multiple top Cloud Seeding executives and officials to admit they are doing it now. One of my favorite Lefties, Jimmy Dore, did a great piece on it.

I've been going back and forth for years with a guy I work with. Smart engineer... I told him long ago they are doing this and that normal contrails disperse in 15 minutes, but what we see now is that they last hours, and it's clearly an operation. He used to laugh at me, until recently where he's now on board.

I was pretty flabbergasted last week when I heard a news segment on CBS radio discussing a cloud seeding company from El Segundo, CA called Rainmaker. It's a new startup from '23 by a UC Berkeley physics major dropout.

Anyway, in the segment they stated cloud seeding has been in use in the US since the 90's.

I was impressed by the segment since I'd never come across any mentions of it but conspiracy theories. I truly wonder why there hasn't been more publicity and public/press discussion of this tech in the last 30 years it's been used here.

I can't find a website for that radio station to post the segment, but found this from last Summer when this same company had seeded clouds 100 miles away from the Texas floods right before them.

The mere existence of cloud seeding was never a conspiracy theory.
They've been openly researching and experimenting with it here since the 40s.
Reason it doesn't get much attention is because it's shit. The experiments couldn't conclusively determine the effectiveness of the methods used, because for the most part they didn't have enough of an effect to be noticeable within the "noise" of normal variability. Which in turn meant it wasn't cost effective.

Here in Oregon, ski resorts have been having to shut down due to the lack of snow and how warm its been. Definitely not a good thing at all.

And like others have said, weather manipulation has been around for a long time. Isn't that what Dubai bragged about, that they fuck with the weather so it's mainly sunny there?
