I think pretty much any other respected Neuroscientist would say the same thing.
The only Doctor who I have heard who would make that comparison is Bennet Omalu who is a pariah in the Neuroscience world;

Interesting, Ill research it more. Whether or not behavioural problems occur, I’ve seen studies suggesting it leads higher incidence of Parkinson’s, so it’s a strange line to draw.
