Rubbish agenda, and i thought Till Won.
I used to argue that there's a huge difference between joint breaking subs and joint breaking strikes.Funny how people are fine with Ariane Lipski fucking up that one girl's knee with a kneebar, but a sidekick to the knee is just sooooo wrong.![]()
Other fighters had complained about those kicks for years now but nothing has been done by the commission

That's because of the thousands that have been thrown less than 1% have resulted in serious damage.Other fighters had complained about those kicks for years now but nothing has been done by the commission

Till wants them banned now huh?
Thompson complained about Till's use of it after their fight and Till responded.
“I saw the interview did,” Till told MTKGlobal in a recent interview of his own. “If he wants leg kicks banned, why don’t we ban spinning head-kicks to the face while we’re at it?
“I was not trying to hurt his knee. I was trying to deaden his leg to stop him using it. That was my strategy. I know he’s had surgery on his left knee and I was not trying to cause him another injury in that area but this is a fight and we’re in the most brutal sport in the world. In my opinion, you can’t really come out and say you want this thing banned or that thing banned.”

That may be the dumbest post I've seen on Sherdog. In a perverse sense I guess congratulations are in order. He was terrified in there. He spent the entire fight running for his life and doing the bare minimum to score points. Till won the fight. Whittaker won the point scoring.
Because he made a joke? Damn that's kinda harsh.Fake nice guy
Hahaha jesus its as bad as those Trump tweets.
If that's the case, then should knee bars and heel hooks be banned? That's expensive, time consuming and put fighters away from competition. Tearing ACLs, MCLs and so on should not
be a staple in the sport. Eventually the entire roster will have shut knees.
Should be banned IMO.
