I think his hype took some good time to be created. I would compare him to JDS. Jds was a random unknown. beat in his fisrt fight a proven werdum, then a "keep an eye on" prospect in struve, some old dudes in yves and cro cop. after he defeated carwin, we were sure that he was for real.
