See you got all pissy over insults yet here you are flinging them away. I’m won’t shed a tear for you next time you feel offended.

It’s not an insult, it’s an accurate description of someone (you) who pulls numbers out of their ass to try and use in an argument with someone (me) they should know by now will have the data to back up their claim.

Btw, I’ve never gotten pissy over name calling. I only ever point it out when it’s not accompanied by facts/stats/or substance. That is what I’ve come to expect from your posts. Hence my comment.

Bob if there has been so much progress made on the additions to the pre-existing border fence then why is illegal crossings increasing? I thought we need a wall to stop them? Regardless of how much is built, there should already be some impact.

Jesus Christ, do you guys read off the same script? Go back 3 pages and read my response to the exact same question by Hill.

To be fair, his preceding question was fucking moronic, so I appreciate you skipped that part.

Fine I’ll go back but I’ll probably be disappointed by your response,

Dude wtf. You’re pulling numbers out your ass.

Trump is going to build 864 miles of new wall and 1163 of replacement wall for a total cost of $33bn. I claimed he’s got 10% or roughly $3bn. Where am I wrong and you are somehow not the brainlet?

The wall is being built with a paltry 10% of the funds needed to finish. If Trump gets 100 miles of wall and doesn’t secure the border, will you be happy with his wall.

You can drop the reparation arguement with me as I won’t defend it.

If all Trumps wall to you was starting it then I hate to be the party pooper but someone built the wall before him. So in effect his wasting money on something we already have. Partial walls.

This was the post I’m referring to.

I hate to break it to you, your post was full potato and you know it.

To your second point, first off, the economy is kicking ass, hence the incentive to come again.

The numbers were very low in the beginning, The increase is coming from two factors, one the democrats are literally fighting for illegals. You know this, or you would dispute the ICE comment above.

Second, the wall is being built, which makes crossing more difficult. Coupled with the fact that after trumps presidency, the absolute anal devastation of democrats will begin to subside and they will return to a sane stance on border security. To put it simply, they’re getting in while they still can.

People said the economy was kicking ass during the Bush years while he was fucking it up. I've heard this shit before.

The numbers were on a decrease, like they had been for a decade, until Trump started implementing policies. The house and senate democrats and gop voted in over 40 billion for the DHS, with 21bil allocated towards the border. It was Trump who refused it. It's Trump who can't staff many key posts that would help with immigration, and Trump who torpedoed deals giving him money for the border. Why? Because he and his people have no solutions. It's quite clear at this point. The penalty for incompetence is high.

It's amazing how you still cling to the wall. You know this is the same type of fencing that the Secure Fencing Act of 2006 allows, and not the wall he promised Mexico would pay for. You know it, and everyone else does, but yet you continue to spin it like the fool you are, even though you probably know the wall won't do shit, and there's a reason nobody even talked about it until morons like Herman Cain and Donald Trump.

Did you forget to take your meds today?

You start with “but... but... Bush”, failing to realize tax and regulations reform has already delivered investment and positive economic impact that will outlast trump.

Your second point...

Serious question,

Are you drunk? We just had this conversation 12 hours ago. Just go back 2 pages and read my answer, it hasn’t changed since then, I promise.

At least this time you didn’t need to be lectured on why illegals didn’t come during the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression.

Maybe when you sober up, you could watch this video with newscasters talking about the ongoing construction. Or, just sleep in your own filth, it’s up to you.

The tax "reform" led to historic buybacks in stock, and is not leading to economic growth in any fashion like Trump and his dipshit economic policy advisors predicted.

Just because a video calls it "The Wall" does not mean it is anything that it's been. It's the same shit from the Secure Fencing Act of 2006, not what Trump promised. He's spening money on this shit while immigration courts need the be employed far more.

Past presidents knew how to deal with this, and the numbers show it. Trump does not, and the same numbers show it. You empty minded rhetoric on "The dems have opened the floodgates, they're just gettin' in when the gettin's good!" is merely that.

Just remember, you're the one knob gobbling the guy who flouted pardons for CBP agents after telling them to violate our system of law because he and his fanatics in power have zero policies that don't exacerbate the issue.

This is way off.

1)The target definitely does not need to be "a group". An individual would suffice.

2) No "infiltration" is necessary (watching from a distance meets the common definition)

3) The observation need not be done "under the guise of someone else". A man can spy on his neighbor without impersonating another.

4) "Stealing information" need not be part of it. Again, watching from a distance meets the common definition. I suppose you could expand "stealing information" to include things like the target's whereabouts or his activities, but that's a big stretch in my opinion.
Observing, surveillance, spying, they're all synonyms. What nuance would make one word more appropriate than the other?

Dispute a single claim.
His role against ISIS is like the busboy washing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen after service. You, just like him, are looking to scoop up every bit of credit even if it belongs to someone else.

Put "illegal" in front of them. That would make the difference.
I don't think you got the gist of my point. Let me put it this way. A neighbor can look out a window and observe his neighbor. Police can surveil a crime scene. An agent can spy on a company to steal proprietary information.

Tax cuts and regulations, presidential powers to appoint judges, stopping arming jihadists in Syria and bombing the shit out of them instead, punking Kim chee gout, fighting for border security funding, having the confidence of the buisiness community.
Gutting regulations to drive profits at any cost sure is putting a lot of confidence in the business community.

Observing, surveillance, spying, they're all synonyms. What nuance would make one word more appropriate than the other?
"observing" is not a synonym for "spying" or "surveiling". That's because "spying" and "surveilling" are always done without the knowledge of the observed.

There is no difference between "spying" and "surveilling" that I am aware of.

I understood it fine. In the law enforcement world, details matter. Protocol matters.

I agree in general that the semantics don't matter. I don't get why people are so hung up on "Spying" vs "Surveillance". All that matters is if they went through the proper procedure. Call it whatever you want, the only thing that matters is if they followed legal protocol.
