Its also notable this is the first time anyone from the sco has leaked to the press

They haven’t. Someone told, “an associate” who then ran to the press, according to that unnamed associate of the unnamed investigator. And the SCO is over and gone so they are no longer a part of that anyway.

Yes. I think the NYT knows what their readers want to hear, and saying that they've "heard some folks say some stuff" that conveniently lines up with the narrative their Liberal cult has been imagining since the Mueller report dropped, is no coincidence. Funny how they've had no insight into the Mueller team's insights until now, don't ya think?

It's click bait. I don't know how anyone can be so dumb as to not see it.
Sounds like the article content bothers you.

Because they are no longer employed by the Justice Department. They are free to speak about certain generalities even if they agreed to not release details of the report itself. But saying they don't agree with Barr's view would be very fair.

Mueller still works for the DOJ. Barr is still his boss. He will air his view in the appropriate forum, before Congress, when called. No one should expect anything less unless he thought Barr was breaking some laws.

Reading comprehension has never been your friend. Just as thinking has not.

Barr being a Trump appointee hack who advertised for the job can have his view and opinion. No one would think anyone would agree with bobgeese's interpretation of the report because bob is so tightly clenched to Trumps nuts his visions is blurry. But bob is still entitled to his view.

However if the investigators who spent two years hold a different opinion that will be very significant to others. As it should be.

You realize their opinion is worthless, right?

Something can be clickbait and accurate though.

Yeah, but they'll have to do better than "We heard somebody said something to someone" for any person who isn't an idiot to put any stock into it.

I mean seriously, look what you've been reduced to. Saying that "Clickbait can be accurate though!" as an argument. For shame.

When your argument is 'it was a pleasing headline to liberals therefore it's wrong', 'clickbait =/= inaccurate' is all the response necessary.

Honestly we didn't need the story to know the letter wasn't representative of the evidence regarding Trump. Having a short summary of the evidence on the Russian portion of the mandate, and then the narrowest possible legal scope for the Trump portion of the mandate with no summary of evidence gave it away.

You're hopeless.

What do you expect them to do?

Serious question.

Let me spoil it for you. They’ll bitch and moan and then do nothing. Just like they always do.

Hmm.... And yet.. President Nixon...

And yet, his case is completely different, and he stepped down before the findings that would see him impeached and removed came out. You do see the difference, right?

Trump - In the clear

Nixon - Resigned because guilty as fuck
