Stop embarrassing yourself.
You couldn't expect all these serious, experienced professionals to stand down in the face of Barr's political hackery for long. They gave him a chance to do the right thing, and he's showing himself incapable of living up to that.

Shouldn't you be scrambling to go buy some earmuffs since all that windmill noise causes cancer so regular noise must cause even more cancer?

Who?

Give us a name?

You gullible bastards have fallen for this same shit time and time again.

“People who know people on the Meuller investigation say they said they’re not happy with how Barr portrayed the report”

Do you really think they would be happy with his careful legalistic parsing of their 400 pages of findings? It obviously wasn't representative of their report, it just addressed whether charges would stick on the Trump campaign questions.

Somehow he was happy to give an executive summary of the evidence on the Russian election interference part of the mandate though.

Special Counsel's office now saying Barr misrepresented findings.
It's getting better for Trump lol.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/03/us/politics/mueller-findings-barr.html

This is why Barr said "I'll release the report in the middle of April". He basically gave Pres. Trump and his supporters a month to get out in front of it and spike the football ad-nauseaum.

But when the report leaks out (and it's GOING to leak out), the Trumpers will all screech "This was already settled!!!"

Nope, not until Congress has their say.

In before "It's real to me!" meme.

Which they didn’t.

Gentlemen, it’s over. Both sides will get some more talking points when the report is released, but that’s it.

Consider this, if this was such important news, why isn’t there a single name attached to the report?

And that's why that one female whistleblower came forward about 25 security clearances being pushed through by President Trump. I used to have a Secret clearance and they went back to my hometown to get info for that. People who are drug abusers don't get clearances.

But they do under President Trump's watch.

Hmmmm….

Who gives a shit what Congress has to say?

Are they gonna do this a 15th time?

Wow. When a Republican is in office, Congress doesn't matter...

Ok.

What do you expect them to do?

Serious question.

Let me spoil it for you. They’ll bitch and moan and then do nothing. Just like they always do.

Which they didn’t.

Bob, you can stop pretending anyone is expecting sudden collusion charge bombshell in the report. There is obviously dirt on Trump in there though, otherwise Barr would have actually summarized evidence like he did with the Russia part.

I don't know what you mean by name attached to the report - do you mean the nyt story? I doubt anyone wanted to speak officially on behalf of the investigation. Seems reasonable, but also highly plausible since just after the letter was released- Just by reading how narrow the questions were framed in the Barr letter I think it's obvious he was avoiding anything but addressing whether there was a standard of evidence to likely convict and thus painting the results in the best light possible for Trump.

Barr wrote that letter as if the entire investigation mandate was 'Decide whether Trump can be charged with collusion or OOJ'.

You could ask the same about why no one on Barr's team went on record when stating their frustrations with Muellers team in the article.

Mark my words, literally nothing will come of it.

Both sides will get a talking point or two, Trump will keep on say “completely exonerated”, Maxine will keep saying “impeach feotee five”, and the average American will keep saying who cares...

PS, that’s exactly what the left thought. You realize we can all go over and read reddit comments, right?

Meanwhile, the Mueller team officially spoke out when Cohen's testimony was mischaracterized.

Oh' but the actual findings were misinterpreted because some alleged folks who are allegedly in the know said so, according to the NYT...

Sounds legit. LOL.

Why would anyone expect anything actionable to come of it? Barr wrote a calculated, overly narrow-scope letter, but he wouldn't have actually lied about what actually did include re: charges. Although I reckon it will be up to some amount of debate considering a number of lawyers that have commented on his interpretation of 'corrupt intent'.

I don't think going after Trump legally is a good move unless there was a serious bombshell in there which I doubt. I definitely want to see the report though.

It probably says no collusion, no obstruction either, but the pee pee tape is real
