I’ve been mostly boxing, so my kickboxing is pretty rusty. Only thing I’ve noticed is I need more combos (a deeper bag) and I need to keep my right hand tighter instead of letting it float everywhere.
Also switch kick and flexibility need work, but that’s always been a problem.

Hope you guys can pick out some things. Thanks

Why don't you shift your weight forward when you punch? Is that a bad habit from kickboxing?

1) Head movement! (can't help you here, I can't do head mooment either)

2) You always step back and reset right after throwing a kick, same with knees & elbows. This has gotten you into trouble in past fights, the opponent knows that nothing is coming after the kick so he can step right in and punch you in the face. You'll need to change this up; hold your ground or step in after a kick and follow up with punches or clinch work instead of resetting to the outside every time.

3) Start combos with kicks. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, the old Hendo inside low kick to overhand right still works. Or throw a switch kick to the body and step in with 2-3 or 3-2 combo, or go switch kick, right hand, left hook to body, then right low kick. You can play with the combos a bunch, you can step in more and use a right elbow instead of a punch after the switch kick and throw some body hooks and uppercuts in tight.

Yeah I was trying to be very bouncy here. I think thats why I’m not moving my head as much. Maybe try to incorporate a balance of the bounce and head movement.

I should hold my ground once in a while

Thanks I literally forgot so much kickboxing combos. It’s been like 4 months since I did a kickboxing class

It's quick and clean but I wanna see some knock out shots. Load up. Inbetween the short shots.

I’m not sure what you mean
Borderline arm punches. Not moving leaning your weight into the shots. Sometines quick shots are good. But gotta mix in power. Shifting your weight into the shot.

I see what you mean. Next time I’m going to move and bounce less and sit a little more

Great work. Sometimes I wish I did kickboxing. Because I wish I could kick. Haha
