Try it with the inside of your your elbows outward, it's much harder. More pressure on your Deltoid Anterior and your Pectoral minor

I live on Long Island and I've seen Chris around town. Buildings shake and the pavement cracks when he walks. Guy's at least 320, maybe 330.
