Actually to be fair to ancient kung fu the Commies killed off most fighting martial arts and what's left is the for your health stuff.

Sucks for them then. They should re-evaluate their martial arts since they are still trying to use their styles for fighting and self defense with horrible results. In all of the fights this guy has with their masters, none of them know what to do when a real punch or kick is thrown at them. First time they get hit they completely shut down physically and mentally. These are also supposedly masters and grandmasters. They need actual masters that know how to actually fight, fire all the current ones that have no idea what they are doing.
