It's winter time and flu season is in the mix so for any "Quarantine" to be effective at all it would have to continue until spring. 3 weeks would turn into 5 then 6 as we've witnessed to many times people say just do it and then just do that and then just do this. There is no point to "Quarantine" the healthy as it only makes the healthy sick. You don't shut schools down when the students that age have a 99.9 percent survival rate from this Rona Flu. All the people that want to "Quarantine" and hide under their bed have the right to do so. The same way I have the right to pursue happiness and keep my business going. Covid didn't shut me down the State and Local Governments did. I will not comply this time and I will not give up living for such a tiny chance of dying. This is just something we have to live with and when you turn of MSM outlets its just like living through a bad flu season. But I do agree the federal Government really screwed the pooch on this one.

That's the problem. The Federal Government fucked it up; so now we have to fix it.
Kids might have a high survival rate; but that doesn't mean that they're not carriers. Everyone's a big tough "herd immunity" type person (even though they haven't the slightest understanding of its actual implications) until they get sick or one of their loved ones do.

I live in lower Manhattan, so I'm guessing that I caught it early because we were all exposed. That said, I'm not willing to possibly carry it and infect other people even if I don't show symptoms.

I have no idea where you live or what you actually do for a living; so you might not need to quarantine. I'm a day trader; so the only difference with me is that I'm taking more time focusing on my business and not visiting friends/family unless they've been self isolating.

I do wish you luck with your business, and hope you're able to stay safe.
I'm also hoping that the new administration handles this gets this situation under control. I'm no too hopeful, though.

I think what he's doing is wrong. Wouldn't terrorise him for it with legal action etc, but I don't agree that beating up these guys accomplishes anything.

A lot of that stuff, especially the chi stuff obviously is not effective, but beating delusional people is wrong imo, and I'm glad they are taking him down a notch for it. Don't know what exactly they are doing to him, but I'm glad it's being addressed, watching these dudes get smashed is as ugly as watching people learn ineffective techniques, they are both in the wrong

I disagree, they need to learn and accept the limitations of their style - especially if they are teaching it as a self defense system. People should be learning self defense systems and styles that actually work. This is what happens when they chose to not compete vs the other styles out of pride for their national styles. The rest of the martial arts world evolved through actual combat and cross training other martial arts.
