Sure it would. They both would have trained differentlyThis isnt boxing
Also that could have been very different had it been 5 rounds

I'd be down for a rematch at welterweight. Both guys coming off of a loss.Kevin Lee took his soul
Idk, make a really stupid beer commercial with Gaethje?tf did chiesa ever do to rub people the wrong way?
i don't understand this Chiesa hate or underestimation.
He's done very well at WW, it really fits his long frame much more than LW did (and he was a decent LW). His only losses at WW are to Luque (in a fight he was winning until he got caught) and Sean Brady (who he nearly finished at the end of the fight, with Brady winning through boring blanketing, and Chiesa likely would have won in a 5 rounder).
I think he's still a very tough fight for a lot of WW's. Would not surprise me if he beat some of the top 5.
Agreed. It's a shame that he gets put down because of his "loss" against FKL. He didn't even tap to FKL, the ref just kinda stopped it for no reasonYep agree , years back I thought him too one dimensional to make an impact in his weight class at the top and look were it got him. He evolved as a fighter a lot in the last years. Great career.
